This season expect to see wedding dresses in beautiful delicate hues and muted colours gliding down the aisle. Springtime colours in ‘barely-there’ peach, pink, lavender and blue, are what brides will be wearing as they say “I do”.
Whimsical fabrics in layers of organza, tulle, silk satin and even seer sucker were showcased on the runway this season. White and ivory gowns were accented with sashes belts and light gauzy scarves in springtime colours.
The best part about these refreshing subdued shades, they’re complementary to more brides’ skin tone than white is.
