Trina and Bjorn had a private elopement in Rome. Romantic and sophisticated, the wedding was just the two of them.

Trina and Bjorn met at work in Norway at an oil refinery.  He is a helicopter pilot and carries the oil from the oilrig back to Norway. Trina on the other hand, works in the company’s communication’s section.

A lot of Norwegians and other Northern Europeans have a passion for Italy especially for the climate and Trina and Bjorn were no exception.

The couples photographer, Rochelle, tells us, “The Norwegian Embassy in Rome offers a very simple wedding process to get married in this city.  They hold a Civic wedding at the Embassy and the whole wedding takes, at most, half-an-hour. But, it is such a popular request to get married in Rome at the Norwegian Embassy that you have to book at least a year in advance. They only hold marriages on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the day.”
