Pink and White Wedding DecorLove pink for your wedding colour but not a fan of the traditional image it conjures up of ruffles and roses and whimsical tulle? “Don’t give up on this great colour,” says Paras Mehta, wedding decor stylist for Design2Decor. “Instead add a few modern accents and create a setting that’s vibrant, modern and fun for your wedding day.” The contemporary sparkle of Mehta’s design was created using a rectangular table adorned with mirrored placemats, glass dishware and a three-tiered acrylic column with eight tea light votives on each level for a total of 32 glittering lights. The stylish low white globe vases were filled with snowball mum’s, hot pink hydrangea and Figaro dahlia’s and placed symmetrically along the centre of the table allowing for a barrier free view for guests. The final touch to this neoteric look is the neatly tucked napkins placed under each glass charger and the pop of pink colour used for the menu cards. Images were photographed by One2 Photography
