Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Engagement Party and Honeymoon Plans

Kim Kardashian threw an engagement bash, fit for a queen.  Her future husband, Kris Humphries, even bought her a Princess cake to match her $2 million dollar ring.

Her mom thrilled to help plan the royal wedding, the party was the reality kick off for her summer nuptials. "It was such a happy night," gushed Khloe Kardashian, whose own wedding to Lamar Odom was in October 2009. "So much love in the air. I know that sounds cheesy, but that's the truth.

Kim Kardashian born under the sign of Libra, is ready to be a wife and mother. A true romantic at heart, she puts love and marriage first. Her fiancee, Kris Humphries, an independent Aquarius, has found his soulmate and best friend for life. These two are seriously in love and ready to make babies.

Humphries revealed to People that he had the gargantuan 20.5-carat engagement ring he used to propose to the reality star engraved with some very carefully-chosen words. "It's engraved, with two things from the Bible," Humphries tells the magazine. "There's one verse [Proverbs 31: 10-31] about the perfect godly woman." He continues, "The other, [1 John 3:18] is about love. It took me ... a few days to pick them out and research the perfect ones." Between the two passages is a third engraving: "K [heart] K."

Not wasting anytime, Kim and Kris are planning a summer wedding. Astrologically, it would be better if they waited till 2012, but love conquers all. "The wedding is going to be at the end of July or the beginning of August," an insider tells Life & Style. "The reason they're rushing it is because they want to do it before the basketball season starts again, so that they have time to have a romantic honeymoon!"
