The Proposal

For his thirtieth birthday present, Krissy surprised Jose with a trip to Bermuda.

“I was ecstatic,” says Jose. “The best birthday present I’ve ever received.”

  Jose was so happy; he decided to make this trip even more special, by proposing to Krissy while they were there.

“As soon as the plane landed, I could see I’d made the right decision,” says Jose. “The landscape of Bermuda is beautiful.”  

The next morning he woke up early and they both headed to the beach in their swimsuits. He secretly had stowed the engagement ring in his backpack. 

After a day of fun in the sun at Horseshoe Beach they went for a walk along the shoreline.

“All of a sudden I saw this gorgeous cove and I knew it was the perfect place for me to propose,” Jose says.

Krissy jumps in and says with a shy smile, “Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.”
