How Roar proposed to Samantha
Roar flew from Norway to
Halifax to ask Samantha’s parents for their blessing. Samantha knew his
intentions and couldn’t wait to find out the answer. Working as a
flight attendant, she anxiously called Roar on her return trip from
London, but when Roar sounded disappointed, her heart sank.
While sitting on the bus ride home from the airport, she noticed a
sign on a vehicle that read, “Sammycat, they said yes!” The bus
stopped; Samantha got off and ran into Roar’s arms, while strangers on
the bus cheered.
